Transitioning from a successful 24-year career in sales and marketing, where Mike built and sold a pest control company for multiple nine figures, Mike now focuses on multi-family real estate syndication. Mike’s ventures have included strategic investments in diverse real estate projects, from lucrative multi-family properties, commercial developments, flipping single-family homes, car washes, land development, short-term vacation rentals, and ground up construction. Mike’s approach combines market insight honed in his previous career with a keen eye for real estate opportunities. Mike is committed to creating value in the real estate market, leveraging his business acumen to deliver robust returns for investors.
Christian is a respected entrepreneur and investor with a diverse portfolio, including achievements in real estate and multiple business ventures such as house flipping, pest control, car washes, Sales, and Marketing. At the age of 24 Christian took a business from 0 to 10 million in annual revenue in just 4 years. Christian's deep market knowledge and strategic investment skills are enhanced by mentorship from leading industry experts. Christian recently marked a milestone by selling a pest control company for a record multiple value. Now focused on the commercial real estate sector, Christian's commitment to growth with his sustainable track record have positioned him to provide top notch leadership in the commercial real estate space.
Rory, alongside her husband Dirk, celebrated their 27th anniversary, raising six children and welcoming four grandchildren. Committed to community service and family values, they've been foster parents and advocates for family well-being. Transitioning from motherhood to a multifaceted career, Rory excelled in roles spanning writing, sales & marketing, and professional education. Noteworthy achievements include a Teacher of the Year nomination and a master's degree in Business Management and Leadership. Before joining RTT Capital Rory was serving as VP of Strategy and Growth at Fox Pest Control, Rory's leadership has propelled the company to prestigious recognitions like Inc. 5000 and Utah Business Magazine's Fast 50 Award. She recently spearheaded a $350 million merger, showcasing her strategic acumen. Rory is passionate about leadership development and fostering positive relationships. Her guiding motto is to "be a light and a blessing," reflecting her commitment to impactful interactions. Her accomplishments include completing Harvard Business School's Executive Education program, owning a small business, real estate investments, and receiving the 2024 NPMA Women's Impact Award. As VP, Rory oversaw 150 employees across multiple departments.
Justin Thorn is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial finance, specializing in banking and commercial real estate finance. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and attended Brigham Young University and University of Phoenix. In the last five years, Justin's focus has been primarily on multi-family properties, including construction, value-add, and stabilized assets. His strategic approach and comprehensive knowledge of the industry have enabled him to navigate complex deals and deliver optimal financing solutions for his clients. Justin's commitment to excellence, coupled with his proven track record of success, make him a trusted advisor and valued partner in the commercial real estate finance sector. Over the course of his extensive career, Justin has finely tuned his skills in underwriting and financing a diverse array of commercial properties, spanning finance, office, industrial, land, retail, car wash, and multi-family sectors. Possessing a sharp eye for detail and an intimate grasp of market intricacies, he has effectively secured financing for properties totaling over 2.5 billion dollars in the past five years alone.
Ron is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business finance, real estate investment, and community service. He earned his degree in Finance from Utah State University, complemented by minors in Economics and Italian. With a passion for investing, Ron has accumulated years of experience in commercial real estate, rental properties, and multi-family complexes, successfully navigating acquisitions, management and sales processes. An active sports enthusiast, Ron enjoys golf, tennis, football and basketball. He also enjoys traveling and loves spending time with his wife and four children.
